HGV (D4) or Taxi medicals
Please fill out a medical declaration before you come or complete one on arrival at Woodchurch. The cost is £80 inc VAT. For some medicals (Transport for London for example) we must have an entire copy of your medical records which will need to be obtained from your GP surgery.
Safety Critical
Safety Critical medicals will also need a signed medical declaration before you see the doctor. Price will be agreed prior to the medical depending on requirements.
Other Medicals
We have recently performed medical examinations for shotgun, sky-diving, PADI diving, motor racing, cross-channel swimming, travel, emigration and adoption.
